The SDRF UP Library has been established to promote knowledge, research, and continuous learning among the members of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF).

This library serves as a knowledge and information hub, providing access to a rich collection of printed and digital resources including books, journals, reports, and e-resources related to disaster management, leadership, law, social sciences, and professional development.

Our library aims to support the intellectual growth of SDRF personnel by offering user-friendly services, including catalog access through Koha Library Management System (OPAC), reference assistance, and digital access to selected materials.
